I am a leadership & relationship coach. This is maybe my 3rd or 4th career. My careers evolve and cascade and force me to keep becoming a beginner. Here is what everything I do has in common- it is all about making the world a better place and helping my fellow human beings live meaningful lives. It is also all about how and what we say to ourselves and each other matters.
It is also all about going deep and being honest and laughing.
A lot.
Even when it is hard.
Especially when it is hard.
And getting connected. I am also a parent of 2 teen-aged boys who had the good sense to be boys and not girls because they knew my hormones were more than enough for one household. And I have a husband and we have been together so long and we are working on how to do the whole ‘staying connected even when things change’ story.
And we laugh.
Love what you wrote about yourself, especially connecting the dots between the myriad of careers and the ability to laugh throughout all of life’s comedies and tribulations. If we can’t laugh, we are in big trouble!
